Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern all seminars, workshops, subscriptions, and advisory services provided by 21LIBERTY.

1. Who we are

21LIBERTY is an educational brand of LIBERTAS X GROUP LLC ("21LIBERTY", "we"). We provide Bitcoin education, mentoring, public speaking, and strategy consultancy for corporations, investment funds, and private individuals.

2. Educational purpose — no financial advice

The seminars, workshops, educational materials, and consultancy provided by 21LIBERTY are strictly for informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice under any circumstances.

21LIBERTY operates solely as a Bitcoin educator and mentor. We do not act as financial advisors, offer investment recommendations, or solicit the purchase or sale of any asset. Any decision to acquire, hold, or dispose of Bitcoin or any other asset is yours alone.

3. No custody of funds

We never handle, hold, or take custody of client funds, including Bitcoin. In the Peace-of-Mind collaborative multisig service, 21LIBERTY holds one key of a client multisig arrangement as co-signer; this key alone can never move funds, and the arrangement is non-custodial by design.

4. Confidentiality

All client interactions are treated with the highest level of confidentiality and will never be disclosed publicly without explicit prior consent. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request.

5. Client responsibilities

Self-custody means you alone control your private keys. You are responsible for safeguarding keys, backups, and passphrases created during or after a workshop. 21LIBERTY cannot recover keys we never possess.

6. Bookings, payment & cancellation

Seminar prices are stated per engagement and exclude applicable taxes and travel expenses for in-person delivery. Workshops and advisory are scoped and priced per project. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed in the engagement confirmation.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 21LIBERTY is not liable for any loss arising from decisions made on the basis of our educational content, nor for loss of keys, funds, or data controlled by the client.
